Everything you can do in Refinea

Read your numbers, understand the workflows, train Refinea on your brand, and connect the public API. Built for marketers — no pipeline tech inside.

Get started

From URL to your first results in ten minutes

Onboarding walks you through five short steps. Refinea handles the rest in the background — your first analysis lands within 30 minutes, then Refinea re-runs every prompt against every model every 48 hours.

  1. 1
    Add your URL

Paste your website. Refinea reads it and pulls out what your business does, who you sell to, and where.

  2. 2
    Review your business profile

Confirm the products, industries, and geographies Refinea detected. Edit anything that's off.

  3. 3
    Review buyer personas

Refinea drafts three to five personas. Keep, edit, or replace them — they drive the questions we ask the AI.

  4. 4
    Review your prompts

The questions Refinea will run against ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Rewrite or remove any of them.

  5. 5
    Watch the first run

Refinea queries every model with every prompt. Your first full analysis lands within 30 minutes — the Overview page populates live as results come in. From then on, every prompt is re-run every 48 hours.

Metrics

The four numbers on your Overview

These are the headline metrics. Each one tells you something different — and together they answer: am I visible, am I leading, and is the tone working for me?

Personas

Who Refinea asks the AI on your behalf

A persona is a profile Refinea uses when asking the AI a question. Each one has a role, an industry, a location, and the jobs they're trying to get done. Different personas trigger different answers — the mix matters.

Workflows

Three audits, one URL at a time

Workflows grade any page the way an AI assistant reads it. You paste the URL, the workflow runs, you get a score and a fix list. Workflows never change your site — they tell you what to change.

Crawlability

Can AI crawlers actually read your pages? The audit checks the technical layer between you and the bots that power AI search.

  • ·Robots.txt and llms.txt
  • ·Server speed against AI bots
  • ·JavaScript rendering
  • ·Canonical, sitemap, hreflang

Structured Data

Does your schema tell AI who you are? The audit reads your JSON-LD and tells you what's missing — and generates a fix you can paste into your head.

  • ·JSON-LD on page
  • ·Required properties validity
  • ·Schema type gaps
  • ·sameAs links to trusted sources

Content Quality

Is your writing easy for AI to quote? The audit grades how citable each section of your page is — and where it falls short.

  • ·BLUF — direct answer in first 40 words
  • ·Block structure and heading hierarchy
  • ·Entity density and authority signals
  • ·Freshness and author attribution
Brand Memory

Train Refinea on your brand

Brand Memory is the part of Refinea that knows you. A library of verified facts about your brand — proof points, expert voices, statistics, your editorial voice — that Refinea uses every time it writes content on your behalf.

Assets

Three types of evidence the AI can use when writing about you. Refinea finds them, you approve or reject.

Proof Points
Specific, verifiable claims about customer outcomes, certifications, partnerships, or milestones.
Expert Voices
Quotable people — founders, CEOs, domain experts — with statements they've actually made.
Facts / Statistics
Standalone data: your own numbers or referenced research.

Brand Kits

Your editorial voice in one place. Tells Refinea how you sound when it writes for you.

  • ·Brand overview — who you are in two paragraphs
  • ·Competitor landscape — how you frame the comparison
  • ·Editorial stance — the opinions you'll take
  • ·Narrator profile — who's writing
  • ·Voice signature — words you love, words you avoid
  • ·Editorial rules and default CTA
Refinea Autopilot

You don't have to fill Brand Memory by hand. Autopilot reads your website, blog, press coverage, and analytics, and drafts your kit and assets for you. Run it once to get started, then refine.

Developers

Pull your data out

Use the public API to stream Refinea data into your own dashboards, your data warehouse, or a Slack bot. Eight read endpoints — domains, mentions, sentiment, sources, search queries, prompts metrics, and an overview rollup.

Authentication

Every request needs an X-API-Key header. To get a key, ask your account admin — keys are issued from the admin panel and tied to your user.

curl https://api.refinea.io/public/domains \
  -H "X-API-Key: rfn_..."

Keys are shown once at creation. Store them somewhere safe — if you lose one, revoke it and create a new one.
